Institutional Investors

When it comes to choosing a long-term venture partner, Webtalk can offer a significant amount of value to a variety of different organizations...

I. Revenue Sharing:

Webtalk currently offers a revenue sharing program for affiliates who are able to drive new users to Webtalk. Partners that have the ability either directly, or indirectly through portfolio companies, drive or bring new users to Webtalk will earn top-line revenue share for life.

II. Advertising/Recruiting:

Nearly every growing company uses social media and search engines to advertise for new customers as well as recruit new team members. Webtalk is on a growth path to be able to help our partners, and their portfolio companies, do both of these.

III. Revenue & ROI Focused

Investing into Webtalk isn't your typical consumer-tech early stage investment. We are a company that has invested years in research in development building proprietary, market-defining, technologies that are focused on generating revenue quickly and growing it even faster. Our marketing model of sharing revenue only works if there is revenue to share. Therefore, we had to spend several years underground building a strategy, with technology to match, that give Webtalk the potential to generate record-breaking revenues immediately after launch.

Ideal Venture Partner Candidates

  • International investment funds with a strong complimentary portfolio

  • Large network marketing/direct sales organizations

  • A-List celebrities with large social media followings

  • Top digital marketing firms or online-publications with significant traffic

Revenue Models

3rd Party Ads Reseller: (launched 07/2018)

Webtalk is currently reselling ads for Google through Google Adsense as a means to create ad placeholders for Webtalk's own self-serve ad platform. Adsense pays very little on a CPM basis. Therefore, this revenue is nominal and is not intended to be a long-term revenue strategy.

Self-Service Advertising Platform: (est. launch Q3, 2019)

This is a service to replace Adsense ads within Webtalk using a proprietary advertising platform that enables all Webtalk users to create custom digital ads on-demand and then display their ads to any target audience within Webtalk using a number of different filters from gender, to age, to location, to industry, to income, to marital status and more.

Advertisers will be able to create advertising budgets that get reduced by both the number of impressions and the number of clicks. The costs to run ads will vary based on demand using a built in bidding tool to prioritize ad placements/campaigns for the highest bidders.

Minimum Ad Bids: (est.)

  • International, $0.50 CPM

  • International, $1.00 CPC

  • US/UK, $1.00 CPM

  • US/UK, $2.00 CPC

Webtalk will also be introducing a service called "Buy Now" ads that allows advertisers to sell a specific product to Webtalk users, without users leaving Webtalk, in exchange for a commission on the sale.

Buy Now Commission:

  • 50% of the gross sale

  • Paid instantly via split transaction

  • Advertiser processes the order for fulfillment and handles any potential refunds/chargebacks

PRO Premium Features: (launching 04/2019)

This is a optional paid Software as a Service revenue model offering Webtalk's free users with the ability to upgrade their account for a monthly or annual fee in order to receive additional features to enhance their networking experience within Webtalk as a "Pro" user. Revenues will range from $16/mo - $40/mo per paid subscriber depending on the package and discounts.

Freemium "SaaS" market conversion averages based on stage (free-to-paid conversions):

  • Early Stage: 0%-2%

  • Growth Stage: 1%-3%

  • Mature Stage: 3%-5%

Estimated PRO revenue per user (RPU) by stage based on market avg. conversion rates:

  • Early Stage: $0.00/mo-$0.80/mo ($0.40/mo median)

  • Growth Stage: $0.16/mo-$1.20/mo ($0.68/mo median)
